Ordering Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bank Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. All items are subject to prior sale. MasterCard, Visa, Bank Checks and Money Orders will be processed and shipped immediately. Personal check sales will not be sent until two weeks after their receipt.

Shipping Policy

The buyer pays shipping costs. Connecticut residents add a 6% sales tax or send a completed resale certificate.

Registered Mail: To protect and track the shipment of your order using USPS (US Postal Service), we register all shipments. By registering, the order will be insured at its purchase value up to $25,000.00.

Our Return Policy

An item may be returned if not represented correctly. The item must be packed the same way as it was received. An item altered in any manner will not be issued a refund. The item must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of the receipt. All sales are final after 10 days. A full refund will be issued by the method in which the buyer paid less shipping costs incurred by Koblenz & Co. There will be no reimbursement for shipping on returned items. Returns must be made via the Postal Service by registered mail fully insured for the amount of the purchase with a return receipt. Contact us by e-mail concerning a return.
